Covid-19 Policy and procedures.

How the shop will operate
  1. Customers will have to book an appointment on our website and secure an appointment with a £10 deposit. 

  2. After booking an appointment customers will be sent a COVID-19 consent form via to fill out

  3. Please use toilet before arrival as their will be no toilet facilities

  4. Customer must arrive with no guest or children

  5. Once arrive please wait by reception to be directed to your station

  6. Temperature will be checked ( 38C is considered high)

  7. You will be asked to wash your hands

  8. You must wear a mask (Please bring a mask or you can purchase for £1 or £5 for Nails Did mask

  9. Be decisive with your service choice

  10. After service and payment you may be asked to leave 

  11. Enjoy your new awaiting nails please don't break a nail and see you in 2-3 weeks for your next visit 

Booking Policy

There will be a £10 deposit to secure for each appointment. 

 

£10 will be deducted from your bill. For example, if you had full set with gel polish and placed £10 deposit you will have £25 remaining to pay in store. If you book pedicure and nail extension there will be a £20 deposit.

 

Please make sure you arrive on time for your appointment and not early or late to your appointment! If you’re late by 10 minutes we may refuse service and £10 deposit may not be refundable. 

 

We will not be doing normal polish at this time. We only be doing gel polish finish and colour powder to follow social distancing rules limiting customers waiting in the salon.

 

If your having more than two services please make sure you select both services. Please include if you need a take off also. If your unsure how to book certain services or designs please write in the notes. 

Please give a minimum of 24 hour for cancellation and rescheduling policy. If an appointment is missed, canceled or changed with less than 24 hours notice, there will be charge of cancellation fee.

Small Price Increase

Unfortunately, many of the supplies we rely on in our daily practice ( cleaning, alcohol, disinfectant wipes, face mask, etc.) Have become increasingly scarce and expensive. In order to continue upholding hygiene and safety in our community their will in be a slice increase in price in some services. Thank you for understanding and we appreciate your support during this crisis. We will be giving away disposable nail file, buffers, toe separators, slippers and etc for customers to keep and bring back to their next appointment. 

Stay Home, Stay Safe

If you experience flu-like symptoms, please reschedule your appointment 24hr prior. You can reschedule after 14 days of isolation. If you have flu-like symptoms on your appointment we have the rights to refuse service. It is important that you do not book an appointment if you have alarming COVID symptoms you may lose your deposit.
